2. Service Booking Policy

  • Customers may book services via phone or through our website.

  • A diagnostic visit may be required before confirming the final repair cost.

  • Repair work begins only after customer approval of the quoted amount.


3. Cancellation Policy

a) Before Technician Dispatch

  • Customers may cancel or reschedule an appointment free of charge if cancellation is made before technician dispatch.

b) After Technician Dispatch

  • If cancellation occurs after technician dispatch, a service call/inspection fee may apply.

c) On-Site Refusal

  • If a technician arrives and the customer refuses service after diagnosis, the inspection fee remains payable.


4. Refund Policy

a) Inspection Fees

Inspection or diagnostic fees are non-refundable once the technician has visited the location.

b) Repair Services

Refunds for completed repairs are generally not provided if:

  • The repair was completed successfully.

  • The issue was resolved at the time of service.

  • The problem arises due to unrelated or new faults.

c) Eligible Refund Situations

A refund may be considered in the following cases:

  • Billing error or duplicate payment.

  • Service not delivered as agreed.

  • Technician unable to perform repair after confirmed booking and payment (if any advance was taken).

Refund approvals are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.


5. Parts & Replacement Policy

  • If spare parts are ordered specifically for a customer, cancellation after ordering may result in non-refundable charges.

  • Installed parts are non-refundable once fitted and tested.

  • Warranty, if provided, applies only to the specific replaced part.


6. Warranty Claims

If a repair covered under warranty fails within the warranty period:

  • We will inspect the appliance.

  • If the issue is related to our previous repair, we will fix it at no additional labor charge.

  • Warranty does not apply if:

    • Appliance was misused

    • External damage occurred

    • Another technician performed repairs after our service

    • Power surges or water damage occurred


7. Payment Disputes

Customers must notify us within 48 hours of service completion for any billing concerns.

We aim to resolve all disputes fairly and transparently.


8. Processing Time

If a refund is approved:

  • Refund processing time may take 7–14 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method where applicable.


9. Limitation of Refund

Total refund amount shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
